Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry tasks such as door/window repairs, framing, and general interior maintenance.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair projects.

• Perform basic painting tasks for building interiors and exteriors to uphold aesthetic standards.

• Maintain and clean grounds

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance.

• Must have a spotless background.

• Proficiency in using hand tools, schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.

• Experience with maintenance painting and general building interior upkeep.
