Property Maintenance Technician – Willoughby, OH Direct Hire
Pay: $20–$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential/commercial properties
- Work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Complete unit turns and preventative maintenance
- Maintain building interior/exterior, including grounds and cleanup
- Handle emergency repairs as needed
- Interact professionally with tenants and team members
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience
- Ability to use power tools and complete repairs independently
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
