    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented accountant to support the financial management of homeowners associations, condominium associations, and commercial associations.The ideal candidate has accounting or bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple association accounts and deadlines. Experience with CINC Accounting Software is a plus.Key Responsibilities Maintain accounting records for a portfolio of homeowners associations, condominium associations, and commercial associationsPrepare monthly financial statements and board reporting packagesReconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger activityReview owner ledgers and assist with account research or billing questionsPrepare and post journal entries as neededSupport budget preparation and variance analysisAssist with month-end and year-end close processesCoordinate with community association managers, board members, vendors, and internal teams to resolve accounting questionsSupport audit, tax, reserve study, and year-end reporting requestsMaintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures and association requirementsQualifications Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting experienceExperience with HOAs, condominium associations, commercial associations, or community association management preferredStrong understanding of general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivableAbility to manage multiple entities, deadlines, and prioritiesHigh level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with CINC Accounting Software is a plusAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferredIdeal Candidate You are organized, accurate, and comfortable working with multiple associations at once.
