Team Overview
- Small team environment
- Reporting to/working closely with a client Property Manager
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Administrative support for property management operations
- Processing and tracking invoices
- Researching and contacting vendors
- Performing occasional reception/front-desk duties
- Communicating with vendors and tenants
- Supporting financial and operational activities for assigned properties
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of financial activities for a small to mid-sized market
- Support financial performance objectives
- Help drive client satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors and tenants
- Assist with invoice coding, approvals, and tracking
- Maintain accurate administrative and financial records
Required Qualifications
- 1 2 years of relevant experience
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail property or shopping center experience
- Prior client experience (highly desirable)
- Real estate license or currently pursuing one
- Experience with MRI software
- Experience using corporate systems for:
- Invoice coding
- Invoice approvals
- Financial tracking
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Additional Notes
- Candidates with shopping center experience but limited property management exposure should have additional relevant experience.
- Must be comfortable interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
