Description
Highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join Hernando County Property Management. This position will contribute to the success of our Property Management department by assisting with a wide range of responsibilities related to property acquisition, liquidation, leasing and tenant management.
A Property Management Associate I will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. Property Management Associate II will be responsible for assisting The Property Management Department to maintain a high level of department satisfaction by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will assist with property transactions and the preparation of various reports.

Emergency Response
County employees are required to report for work during a state of emergency and are subject to recall around the clock for emergency response operations which may include duties other than those specified in this job description. Salary Disclosure: Pay rates are based on policy, education, skill, experience level and internal equity.
