Property Management Specialist with our commercial real estate client in Oak Brook, IL. This is an 11-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:$15.50 - $20.69/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

The Assistant Real Estate Manager supports the management of commercial properties by assisting with tenant relations, property operations, vendor coordination, financial processes, reporting, and property inspections. The role helps ensure buildings are well maintained, tenants receive quality service, and financial and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Day to Day tasks:- Support the day-to-day management of commercial properties.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and assist with tenant relations.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and building operations.
- Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct property inspections and help ensure compliance with site standards.
- Monitor service requests and support issue resolution.
- Help ensure properties are well maintained and deliver a positive tenant experience.
Years of Experience:- Requirements include a bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, basic financial knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
