Capital Property Solutions is looking for a Property Management Trainer to shape the next generation of our management team — from the first interview through years of ongoing growth.About the RoleAs our Property Management Trainer, you'll be the architect of CPS's management standards. You'll own the full talent lifecycle: vetting and hiring new managers, running onboarding and routine training for the team, and leading targeted retraining when managers need extra support.
