Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Here's what we're looking for.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of property management or related leadership experience
  • Washington State Tax Credit experience required
  • LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of a residential community
  • Manage property financials, including rent collection, budgeting, reporting, and occupancy goals
  • Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy
  • Lead, coach, and support leasing and maintenance team members
  • Build positive resident relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with Washington State Tax Credit regulations, LIHTC requirements, Fair Housing, and other applicable laws
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor services, and property upkeep
  • Monitor market trends and property performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support resident retention initiatives and lease renewal efforts
  • Perform additional property management duties as assigned
