The Opportunity

This position exists to help oversee daily property operations, tenant communications, leasing activities, and maintenance coordination. The Property Manager will work closely with residents, vendors, maintenance personnel, and company leadership to ensure properties run smoothly. What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations for assigned residential properties and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Support leasing activities, including property tours, tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs.
• Review tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally while maintaining positive resident relationships.
• Maintain property records, occupancy reports, and documentation within the property management system.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or residential housing operations.
• Knowledge of tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination.
• Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
