Title: Property Manager

Salary: $150,000 base + 10% annual bonus
Location: Boston, MA (On-site)

Property Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations, tenant relations, maintenance, and service delivery

  • Manage vendors, third-party service providers, contracts, inspections, and work orders

  • Assist with budgeting, P&L oversight, AP/AR, cost analysis, and operational reporting

  • Coordinate construction projects, multi-trade requests, and ongoing property improvements

  • Support property personnel, hospitality initiatives, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance


Property Manager Qualifications

  • Commercial property management, hospitality, or related real estate experience

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, AP/AR, and cost analysis

  • Experience managing vendors, service contracts, tenant relationships, and building operations

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented leadership style with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant professional experience
