Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential portfolio. This individual will be responsible for driving property performance, maintaining positive resident experiences, coordinating vendors, and supporting the overall success of assigned communities.

The ideal Property Manager is a proactive, hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations. This role provides the opportunity to work with a close-knit team, contribute ideas, and help improve processes across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

The successful Property Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing daily operations for assigned properties, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships
• 
  
• Building strong resident relationships while addressing service requests, lease compliance, and collection activities
• 
  
• Coordinating unit turns, move-ins, move-outs, and property improvement projects
• 
  
• Working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently
• 
  
• Reviewing invoices, monitoring expenses, and assisting with property-level budgeting activities
• 
  
• Analyzing operational reports and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction
• 
  

Qualifications

Successful Property Manager candidates will have:

• 3+ years of property management experience
• 
  
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of properties
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of property operations, resident relations, and vendor coordination
• 
  
• Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with property visits and fieldwork
•
