**Your Role:**

As the Property Manager, you’ll be responsible and accountable for the on-site operations and performance of the properties. You’ll direct property operations, manage budgets, maintain occupancy levels, and lead a dedicated team to ensure excellence in community living.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and direct property operations and staff efficiently.
- Develop and manage annual budgets to achieve financial objectives.
- Maintain occupancy levels and oversee all marketing and leasing activities.
- Hire, motivate, and develop staff, addressing any employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Supervise rent collection, bank deposits, and pursue delinquent rents.
- Foster positive resident relations and enforce community rules.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and landscaping activities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Supervisor to achieve budget goals.

**What You Bring:**

- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of property management experience.
- CAM, ARM, or similar certification recommended.
- Strong language skills to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
- Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and property management software.
