Tharp Real Estate Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, including tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, and lease administration.
Responsibilities:
Manage tenant relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work for the properties
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Manage lease administration, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

Salary:$49,480-$52,780 per year

Daily Shift:
This is a full-time position, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to respond to emergencies or address tenant needs.
