What Youll Do
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Handling re-certifications, case work, and housing assistance processes with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC programs
- Coordinating with tenants, case workers, and community partners to ensure compliance and support
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation with property management software (OneSite, Yardi)
- Conducting unit showings and property inspections
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (OneSite, Yardi)
