The business offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working closely with ownership and internal teams to maximise value and deliver best-in-class tenant experiences.Job DescriptionThe Property Manager will report into senior leadership and take full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of industrial assets.Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring optimal performance and efficiencyAct as the primary liaison for tenants, managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levelsPrepare and manage operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive cost efficiencies across the portfolioLead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management across all property servicesManage capital improvement projects from planning through to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budgetEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirementsPartner closely with leasing, asset management, and ownership teams to support leasing strategy and maximise asset valueMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
