As Property Manager, you will:

- Partner closely with your Service Manager to maintain outstanding curb appeal and property standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and proactively address opportunities for improvement.

- Utilize LUMA's technology-forward systems and tools to improve efficiency.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions that benefit residents and ownership alike.
- Continuously look for better ways to improve operations and the customer experience.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a confident leader who enjoys developing people and delivering exceptional results.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Minimum two years of continuous Property Manager experience (100+ units preferred)
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, collections, reporting, and expense control
- Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily operations
- ARM, CAM, CAPS, or other apartment industry designation preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Passion for coaching others, solving problems, and creating a culture of excellence
