As Property Manager, you will:

Lead an Exceptional Team

  • Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.

  • Maximize occupancy, leasing performance, renewals, and NOI.
  • Analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics to drive results.
  • Develop marketing strategies that increase traffic and leasing success.

Protect the Asset

  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
  • Partner closely with your Service Manager to maintain outstanding curb appeal and property standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and proactively address opportunities for improvement.

Lead with Innovation

  • Utilize LUMA's technology-forward systems and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Leverage data to make informed decisions that benefit residents and ownership alike.
  • Continuously look for better ways to improve operations and the customer experience.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a confident leader who enjoys developing people and delivering exceptional results.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Minimum two years of continuous Property Manager experience (100+ units preferred)
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting, collections, reporting, and expense control
  • Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily operations
  • ARM, CAM, CAPS, or other apartment industry designation preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance
  • Passion for coaching others, solving problems, and creating a culture of excellence
