We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of third-party, single-family residential properties. This is not an apartment community management role.
Strong owner and tenant relationship management skills
Experience with leasing, renewals, rent collections, maintenance coordination, inspections, and evictions
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
You'll serve as the primary contact for property owners while working alongside a dedicated support team that assists with leasing, applications, renewals, and maintenance coordination.
