Real-estate owner/management company is currently seeking a property manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing all types of properties including Commercial, residential, Office and mix use properties.
Responsibilities:
Manage property repairs, maintenance and service contractors.
Maintain and generate rent-roll and financial reports
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Manage and obtainTenant insurance certificates and sales reports
Leasing vacancies
Manage all aspects of tenants and properties
Follow up on unpaid accounts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Yardi software a plus
Realestate industry esperince
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Required stills:
QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting software
Word, Excel, Outlook
