Property Manager - LightView
Department: Property Admin
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: LightView - Boston, MA
Compensation: $98,000 - $115,000 / year
Description
The Property Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience across at an ACC student housing community. In this role, you'll be developing and executing strategies for leasing, marketing, expense control, and facilities operations, as well as recruiting, hiring, and mentoring teams to drive performance and foster a positive work culture. The Property Manager will collaborate with university partners and internal support teams to address concerns and advocate for capital improvements that bolster property value.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Property Manager or community leader who brings a polished, service-minded leadership presence to LightView, a premier student living community adjacent to Northeastern University in Boston. You will be comfortable leading a high-performing onsite team, delivering an exceptional resident experience, driving leasing and revenue results, and maintaining strong operational standards throughout the community.
This role is well suited for someone with established leadership experience in student housing, Class A multifamily, hospitality, or a similarly high-touch environment. You will bring sound operational judgment, strong financial acumen, and the ability to represent LightView with professionalism and confidence when partnering with residents, families, university stakeholders, and corporate teams.
As a high-value community within ACC's portfolio, LightView offers a unique opportunity to partner directly with Asset Management, connecting daily operations with broader goals for property performance and long-term value. The successful candidate will translate those priorities into actionable plans while keeping the resident experience at the center of their leadership.
If you take pride in operational excellence, enjoy building strong teams and partnerships, and are ready to make a meaningful impact in Boston, we would love to hear from you.
