Property Manager (LIHTC Exp. Required)

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to support an apartment community in San Diego, CA 92102 . This role is ideal for a confident leader who excels in operations, resident relations, and team management.

·      Role: Property Manager

·      Location: San Diego, CA 92102 

·      Pay: $26/hr

·      Schedule: M-F from 8-5

·      Start Date: 8.25.26

·      Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

·      Oversee all daily property operations and onsite staff

·      Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations

·      Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards

·      Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships

·      Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation

·      Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals

·      Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency

·      Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained

·      Previous Property Manager experience required

·      Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

·      Ability to manage operations, staff, and resident needs effectively

·      Knowledge of property management software preferred

·      Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

·      Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities

• MUST have LITHC experience
