Title: Real Estate ManagerCompensation: $61,000 per year, depending on experience and qualificationsDepartment: OperationsStatus: Full-Time, ExemptDirect Reports: Yes Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities:The Real Estate Manager is responsible for all property operations and team member management at their assigned property or properties and providing superior customer service to residents. This position has accountability for maintaining the smooth flow of operations, supervising and providing direction to site staff, and ensuring the financial success of their assigned property. In addition, this position is responsible for the following: Managing community activities, including oversight of maintenance, caretaker and office teamsTimely resolution of resident issues while upholding the "culture of customer service" at Shelter CorporationSuccessful marketing of the apartment community including successful relationship building with local businesses and corporate outreachFinancial reporting, including owners' reports and budget creationPerform special projects and other duties as assigned by the Regional Director or other senior leadershipEducation & Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent4 years of Property Management leadership experience, as defined by Assistant Manager or higher3 years of LIHTC experienceYardi experience preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent time management skillsExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of peopleAbility to remain organized and multi-task
