PROPERTY MANAGER
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Property Manager. This
person will have five years’ property management experience. Knowledge of HUD regulations including fair housing, property management, housing assistance, tenant/landlord law. Demonstrated successful experience with budget development and management, supervisory experience, analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Sensitive to the needs of persons of diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds. Must maintain valid Driver’s License and proof of personal automobile insurance. Ability to properly handle sensitive, confidential information. Public Housing Manager (PHM) certification or ability to obtain within one year.
Our ideal candidate will have Tax Credit certification. Seven years or more property management experience and be bilingual.
This is a full-time, 35-hour work week
