Property Manager

Our small real estate company is seeking a Property Manager. We are looking for a person that enjoys working independently, requires minimal supervision, but also knows when to ask questions if help is needed. The job provides flexibility in hours and is a great place to further your real estate career including launching your own business in real estate. 

Responsibilities:

• Attract qualified tenants / advertising and staging
• Monthly collections and reporting
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment / be able to work with contractors
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion including tracking
• Enforce lease policies and suggest lease improvements
• Market pricing analysis to ensure properties are competitively priced
• Prepare and complete evictions as needed
• Monthly / Quarterly / Annual P&L Analysis
• Work with code enforcement to ensure properties are in compliance with city ordinance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in property management preferred
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Basic knowledge of Texas residential tenancy laws
• Knowledge of Excel required and Windows operating system
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Bilingual a bonus (English/Spanish)
