Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced leader to run our property management organization. As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for managing and growing our team, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning the organization with our core values of accountability, teamwork, constant improvement, and integrity. You will report directly to the CEO and provide weekly reports to our investors. This role also requires fluency in English (written and oral, no exceptions) and a strong ability to document and update processes regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of property management professionals.
- Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates to investors on the company's performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management business, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with different departments (leasing, maintenance, accounting) to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and services, leveraging technology and innovation.
- Document and update operational processes on a regular basis to ensure they align with business objectives.
- Implement strategies, operational policies, and procedures to achieve the organization's objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and integrity within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the business and expand our portfolio of managed properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading organizations (preferably in property management or real estate).
- Experience in property management & managing rental units
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral (no exceptions).
- Experience in multifamily property management is a plus
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience with rentals and knowledge of local regulations is a plus.
- Ability to document processes effectively and update them regularly to align with company objectives.
