Property Manager | Luxury Multifamily Community

Are you a seasoned Property Manager with experience overseeing large multifamily communities? A well-established luxury residential community is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Property Manager to lead daily operations, drive property performance, and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record managing communities with 300+ residential units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collections, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable landlord-tenant laws.
  • Manage leasing activity, resident accounts, and service requests through property management software such as RealPage OneSite or similar platforms.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to maintain safety, appearance, and operational standards.
  • Handle lease administration, contract management, and related documentation.
  • Resolve resident and vendor concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Partner closely with maintenance teams to ensure the community remains in excellent condition.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue while maintaining a superior resident experience.
  • Foster positive resident relationships through proactive communication and outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have Property Manager experience overseeing a community with at least 300+ units.
  • Proven multifamily property management experience, preferably within a luxury residential environment.
  • Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Experience managing leases, contracts, and property-related documentation.
  • Strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and facilities operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 - $95,000 annually
