Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams including Leasing Professionals, and Maintenance staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-first service
Resident Experience
- Set the standard for exceptional resident engagement and satisfaction
- Handle escalations with professionalism, empathy, and strong communication
- Drive retention through proactive service and relationship-building
Financial Performance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve NOI and control expenses
Market Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
- Partner with leadership to implement pricing and leasing strategies
Qualifications:
What Sets You Apart
- 8–10+ years of property management experience, preferably in Class A / luxury assets
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to influence, coach, and elevate team performance
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
- Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting expertise
- A hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for delivering best-in-class resident experiences
