Admiral Communities is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee operations at our property in Missoula, MT. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day operations while working closely with your Regional Manager for support and guidance.

We’re looking for someone with property management or leasing experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collect rent and home payments.
  • Enforce community rules and Federal Fair Housing laws.
  • Issue notices for late rent or rule violations; manage the eviction process as needed.
  • Advertise and show available units/lots to prospective residents.
  • Handle all move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Walk vacant units with Maintenance, create repair lists, and schedule readiness.
  • Oversee property upkeep and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with your Regional Manager regarding operations and resident needs.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of property management or leasing experience (preferred).
  • Customer service mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently with the Regional Manager support.
  • Tech-savvy with property management software (Rent Manager a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass a background check.
