Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a newly constructed luxury apartment building. This on-site role is ideal for someone highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering an outstanding resident experience while maintaining the property's operational and financial success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a luxury residential apartment community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents by providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident communications.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the building is well-maintained and presented to luxury standards.
• Oversee vendors and contractors and ensure quality work is completed on schedule.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention.
• Collect rent, oversee delinquencies, and maintain accurate property records.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and achieving financial performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and local housing requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Property Manager, preferably overseeing residential apartment communities.
• Experience managing luxury or Class A multifamily properties is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with property management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and residential property management best practices.
