About the Role A real estate management company is looking for a hands-on Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of newly constructed units in the Bronx. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on being boots on the ground — coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and the many moving pieces that come with managing new construction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership and keeps everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations

• Serve as the on-the-ground point person for the property
• Manage move-ins and move-outs
• Stay on top of all day-to-day operations

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

• Address maintenance issues as they arise
• Coordinate with the super, vendors, and GCs

Tenant Relations

• Handle tenant issues and concerns
• Provide hands-on, great customer service

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Energetic, organized, and a people person
• Self-starter who can work independently in the field
