Property Manager (Tax Credit Experience Required)
Location: Rock Hill, SC 29730
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a community in Rock Hill, SC 29730. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC/Tax Credit regulations and property policies
- Manage leasing, occupancy, resident relations, and rent collections
- Supervise onsite staff and vendors
- Prepare reports, budgets, and maintain financial performance goals
- Conduct property inspections and ensure community appearance standards are met
- Address resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate maintenance activities and capital improvement projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous Property Manager experience required
- Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is required
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance regulations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with property management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
