Property Manager | Commercial Real Estate Sacramento, CA Area | $90,000 - $105,000
Our client is seeking an experienced
Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use commercial properties throughout the Greater Sacramento area. This position offers the opportunity to manage high-profile assets, drive financial performance, build strong tenant relationships, and play a key leadership role mentoring Assistant Property Managers. Must Have: Commercial Property Management experience, leadership capability, and team fit are their top priorities.
What You'll Be Doing - Manage the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a commercial real estate portfolio
- Oversee budgets, expense management, CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and financial reporting
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, property inspections, and capital improvements
- Review leases and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with tenant and ownership obligations
- Partner with Facilities teams to maintain asset quality and property appearance
- Ensure compliance with safety, ADA, and property regulations
- Mentor and support Assistant Property Managers and junior team members
What We're Looking For - 3+ years of commercial property management experience
- Experience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties
- Strong understanding of budgets, financial reporting, tenant relations, and lease administration
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, SAP, or similar property management platforms
- Proven leadership, coaching, or mentorship experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
