Property Manager | Commercial Real Estate
Sacramento, CA Area | $90,000 - $105,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use commercial properties throughout the Greater Sacramento area. This position offers the opportunity to manage high-profile assets, drive financial performance, build strong tenant relationships, and play a key leadership role mentoring Assistant Property Managers. Must Have: Commercial Property Management experience, leadership capability, and team fit are their top priorities.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a commercial real estate portfolio
Oversee budgets, expense management, CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and financial reporting
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service
Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, property inspections, and capital improvements
Review leases and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with tenant and ownership obligations
Partner with Facilities teams to maintain asset quality and property appearance
Ensure compliance with safety, ADA, and property regulations
Mentor and support Assistant Property Managers and junior team members
What We're Looking For
3+ years of commercial property management experience
Experience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties
Strong understanding of budgets, financial reporting, tenant relations, and lease administration
Experience with Yardi, MRI, SAP, or similar property management platforms
Proven leadership, coaching, or mentorship experience
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
