We are growing and currently seeking a professional and experienced Site Manager to join our team in St. Louis Park!
This position will cover day-to-day operations of a multi-family housing property and will have you involved in all areas of property management! You will focus on turning prospects into residents by showing and leasing units, handling compliance and providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of standard computer equipment and software, a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Prior experience in property management is a bonus, but not required, we will train the right candidate!
