Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential property operations including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and property improvements.
• Prepare, review, and enforce lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor and manage rent collection and account reconciliations to maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement property marketing strategies to reduce vacancy rates and attract qualified tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of property performance, tenant information, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with real estate professionals and community partners to enhance property offerings and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential property management or related real estate roles.
• Strong knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and property management regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and vendor relations.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property visits and inspections.
