• 5-10+ years of commercial/retail property management experience
• Experience managing downtown stores, and standalone retail
• Comfortable managing properties across primarily Philadelphia, South Jersey, and New Jersey
• Must have a car and be willing to travel
• Able to come to Brooklyn home office
• Experience dealing with:
• Roof leaks and roof replacement/repairs
• Building and municipal violations
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other maintenance
• Tenant complaints and tenant relations
• Contractors and vendors
• Property inspections
• Emergency property issues
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Leasing skills
• Someone who can take ownership of problems and get them resolved
• Energy Compliance
• Annual testings and inspections
