Banyan Living is actively seeking a Highly Experienced Property Manager to join our team and lead the management of our luxury multifamily community located in Stow, Oh. This senior role demands a proactive leader with an extensive background in property management, particularly within luxury or high-end residential settings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing resident satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing multiple property operations ensuring quality, compliance, and high resident retention.
Developing and managing property budgets, financial reporting, and achieving occupancy targets.
Leading, mentoring, and supervising on-site teams to meet company standards and operational goals.
Managing vendor relationships and overseeing maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
Implementing strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
Ideal candidates should possess:
A minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on luxury multifamily housing.
Demonstrated success in managing large properties or portfolios.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and NOI management.
Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
CAPS, CAM, or CPM certifications preferred but not required.
Deep knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
