Property Manager (Temporary) 204

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to serve as a Roving Affordable Housing Property Manager in the Exeter, CA area. The roving manager will be expected to travel up to 50 miles daily (with reimbursed mileage) to different apartment communities, and occasionally further for special projects. Experience in housing (RD/LIHTC/HUD) is necessary. This is a Full-Time Temporary position at 40 hours a week. Starting pay is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE. Requirements: Reliable Transportation Authorized to work in the United States Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality. Usage will be reimbursed. 2-3 years affordable housing property management experience (RD / LIHTC / HUD). Qualifications / Skills: Able to communicate across various audience levels Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Highly proficient in math Well organized with excellent time management skills Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to manage emergency situations Proficient in meeting strict deadlines Professionalism Listening Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of assigned properties Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and moveouts Collecting rents and security deposits Enforcing lease and house rules Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintaining excellent curb appeal Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants Follow company policies and procedures AWI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
