SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, Temp to hire

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, serving as the primary point of contact for owner and resident. 
  • Review, approve, and oversee maintenance projects, contract changes, lease modifications, and risk management decisions to protect property assets
  • Partner with maintenance and service teams to coordinate property operations and deliver a high level of customer service. 
  • Conduct property visits to assess conditions, resolve issues, and support proactive property management. 
  • Lead communication, documentation, and coordination efforts to ensure efficient property operations and exceptional customer service
  • Build strong relationships with owners, residents, and vendors while resolving complex situations professionally.




WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 1 - 3 years of residential property management experience, active real estate broker license a plus
  • 1 - 3 years of experience managing owner and resident relationships, lease negotiations, and contract administration. 
  • Experience overseeing maintenance coordination, property inspections, and vendor management. 
  • Proficiency using property management software and Microsoft Office applications.




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a combination of office work and travel to local properties. Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, drive between locations, and occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and computer use are required throughout the workday.
