Who you are:
You operate with urgency. You like working on a fast-moving team with high standards, clear systems, and a shared drive to win. You thrive behind the scenes, building clean, high-quality marketing materials using templates and proven processes. You like structure, deadlines, and contributing to a team that’s ambitious and focused.
You’re reliable, focused, and take pride in executing your work quickly and accurately. You have a good eye for visual detail, especially when it comes to property photos. You can shoot and edit pictures, and you’re excited by the idea of flying a drone (or already know how). You manage multiple projects without missing a beat and don’t need someone to chase you down to meet a deadline.
