Title: Property Management Analyst
Pay Rate: $28.57
Hours: M-F 8-5
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
Duration: 3 months contract
 
Summary:
As a Property Management Analyst, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a small or mid-size market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.
 
Team Overview:
Very small team, Property Manager
 
Resource's typical working day:

• Administration work
• Invoicing
• Researching, calling vendors
• Some reception work
• Interaction with vendors and tenants

Must Have Skills:

• Has experience with AP
• Financial acumen

Nice to have skills:

• Retail experience
• Real estate license or working on getting a real estate license

Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience
If they have worked in shopping centers but not in Property, Manager would be looking for a little more
 
Education: College degree preferred- experience can substitute
 
Software skills:

• MS Office Suite skills
• MRI experience would be a plus
• Some kind of corporate systems for coding invoices and getting invoices approved
