Property Preservation Coordinator - Evictions and Lockouts

At SingleSource our Property Preservation team makes sure evictions and lockouts happen correctly, on time, and in full compliance with the law; protecting our clients from costly delays. We're hiring a lockouts and evictions associate to own that process day to day: assigning orders to vendors and following every lockout through to completion.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role, you'll personally assign and track around 40 lockouts a week, often on tight 24-hour turnaround windows, so we're looking for someone who thrives on the phone, stays organized under pressure, and doesn't let a follow-up slip.

What You'll Do

• Manually assign each lockout order to a qualified vendor, making sure the right crew is on-site to meet the sheriff for the scheduled eviction.
• Confirm vendors understand state-specific eviction laws, SLAs, and client requirements before every lockout.
• Move fast on tight turnarounds, some orders require action within 24 hours of receipt.
• Follow up on every lockout after completion to confirm it was done correctly and on time.
• Catch and resolve delays, issues, or exceptions before they become an escalation.
• Build strong, accountable relationships with vendor partners.
• Keep internal and external systems accurately documented.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in property preservation, eviction services, mortgage servicing, or another field-services-related industry.
• Comfort with heavy phone and computer work in a high-volume, fast-moving role.
• Sharp attention to detail 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle many moving parts at once.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and make sound calls in the moment.
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday, standard business hours 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
