What You'll Do
- Own fulfillment tasks for vendor and client submissions, making sure every order is handled quickly and accurately
- Stay connected with vendor partners by phone and email, tracking progress, sharing updates, and keeping tasks on schedule
- Assign or reassign vendors based on project quality and turnaround time
- Document actions thoroughly and thoughtfully within our client systems
What You Bring
- Experience in vendor management (mortgage or real estate background is a strong plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, clear, concise, and professional
- A proactive mindset: you don't just complete assigned work, you anticipate what needs attention next
