Property Receptionist
Location: Woonsocket, RI 02895 Bilingual a plus! Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour
Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Property Receptionist to join its on-site property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping residents, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a busy office environment.
As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing administrative support to the property management team.
Responsibilities
Greet residents, applicants, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls using excellent customer service skills.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain resident files, records, and confidential documentation.
Prepare letters, notices, memos, and other office correspondence.
Track resident visits, phone calls, and service requests.
Assist with work order requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization.
Support the property management team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Ensure office operations remain organized, efficient, and compliant with company policies.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, administrative assistant, front desk, or customer service experience.
Property management or affordable housing experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
