JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Work from home opportunity, with working in the office once a month
*Answer customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, timelines and reports problem areas
*Communicate with national vendor network to obtain property information and scope of repairs
*Bid Creation, Negotiation and Evaluation
*Continually maintain working knowledge of all company services
*Prepare activity reports for clients as well as operations management
*Review photos for completed jobs to create photo reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Able to train in office and work in office one day a month
*Strong negotiation and customer service skills
*Plumbing and/or construction knowledge is preferred
