Job Title: Property Repair Coordinator
Location: Brandon, FL
Pay: $18.00-$23.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Preservation / Repairs Coordinator to manage repair and preservation projects for residential properties throughout the FHA/HUD conveyance process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Coordinate repairs, preservation services, conveyance activities, evictions, trash-outs, lockouts, and insurance-related work.
*Dispatch and manage vendors, review bids, negotiate pricing, and monitor project quality and completion.
*Review photos, documentation, and claims to ensure compliance with client and FHA/HUD requirements.
*Communicate with clients, vendors, agents, brokers, HOA representatives, and insurance carriers regarding project status and deadlines.
*Maintain accurate records, reports, and project tracking within client systems.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience in property preservation, residential construction, repairs, mortgage field services, or a related field highly preferred.
*Knowledge of FHA/HUD guidelines, conveyance processes, and P260 standards preferred.
*Experience with RepairBASE, XactPRM, or similar platforms is a plus.
*Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
