Property supervisor

We are a property fund, who is looking for someone to supervise all of the properties we hold. This includes retail, residential, and commercial properties in Coral Gables and other nearby assets. Position would require you to travel to each property, and inspect that they are in good shape. If there are issues, you would work with the property manager to meet engineers, or other experts to supervise the repairs. Our group will also be doing a lot of remodeling, and some building in the future. The property supervisor would be the eyes and ears of the management team.
