Responsibilities
Research real estate and personal property records nationwide. Process and scan property tax bills, assessment notices and correspondence to be imported to databases. Assist in keeping databases updated (requires continuous data entry) and maintain working files in order. Helps maintain various reports such as insurance and property ownership/leases/assessments. Interact with various internal departments and consultants. Eager to learn and ability to multitask. Works well independently and in a team environment. Reviews and verifies documents for completion, accuracy and validity of information. Assist with special projects.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with peers, vendors and other departments. Ability to prioritize, work within time constraints and detail oriented. PC knowledge, position requires advanced skill set with Microsoft Excel, Office applications. Able to resolve routine to complex problems independently. Time Management Skills, Self-Motivated, well organized individual. Competence in creating and analyzing reports. Ability to read and interpret real estate and legal documents.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Real Estate, Accounting or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of real estate experience or college degree/certification preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $30.95. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
