Position Summary: As a Property Technician at Pristine Properties, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our vacation rentals in Port St. Joe, FL, well-maintained and guest-ready. In this hands-on role, you’ll handle a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple properties, tackling everything from plumbing and electrical fixes to landscaping and general upkeep. You’ll respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and help ensure that every property stays in excellent condition. The ideal fit for this role needs to be dependable, flexible, and genuinely care about making sure every guest feels at home and stress-free during their stay.
