Property Transition Specialist- Team Leader

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced individual to oversee and guide our moving and cleanout team in the execution of projects and initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage resources, ensure high-quality outcomes, and foster a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to drive team performance and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing team on senior relocations in Erie and Niagara Counties
• Moving, clean outs and donation drop off runs
• May also assist with estate sale set up and pick up.
• Safely lift, move, and transport furniture, boxes, and household items
• Load and unload moving trucks with care and efficiency
• Assist with home transitions, packing, and setup as needed

• Work respectfully in clients’ homes
• Communicate with team and leadership about upcoming and current jobs
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50+ lbs)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated
• Comfortable working on your feet and in a team environment
• Prior moving or labor experience is a plus
• Drivers license and reliable transportation

• Competitive hourly pay, rates start based on experience starting at $28 an hour
• Flexible scheduling, knowledge of your schedule 2 weeks out
