Distinguishing Characteristics:
This class differs from the Property Valuation Analyst II in that it performs, under immediate supervision, as an entry-level trainee and receives initial orientation and training in the principles, theories, methods and techniques of developing classification and valuation standards and procedures for the appraisal of real property; whereas the Property Valuation Analyst II performs as an advanced trainee requiring some application of the principles, theories, methods and techniques of developing classification and valuation standards and procedures for the appraisal of real property, and performs specific assignments in accordance with detailed instructions and close review.Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
